• 2019 BC Violin-Maker’s Competition competitor, Award Winner for Craftsmanship and 2nd place Best In Show.

• 4/4 Strad-style violin with a unique, intricately designed and carved rose pattern flowing around rib structure and scroll. This is both an elegant show-piece and a musician’s friend. Sophisticated and smooth sound, responsive and well-balanced, with a strong lower register and a sweet upper; PI strings. Back, scroll and ribs made from flamed Slovakian maple, top of specialty Engelmann spruce from Colorado. Varnished with a glowing red oil varnish that moves well with the light and showcases carving details. Currently located at the Metzler Shop in LA where it is available for trials.
